Lateef Sholebo - Chairman of the Board

Mr. Sholebo has over 20 years of experience in the field of Regional and City Planning with the City of Los Angeles, U.S.A. His dedication on projects undertaken and professionalism in project execution earned him in 1988, the "Citizenship Award" by Mayor Tom Bradley for his contributions to the City of Los Angeles. Other awards conferred upon Mr. Sholebo included the "Community Service Award" by the Urban Regional Block Association Network of the City of Los Angeles. He contributed significantly to the development and implementation of many development plans for the City of Los Angeles including the Hollywood plan, the Wilshire Plan, and the West Adams-Balwin Hills plan. His leadership experience, dedication to see projects completed on time and within budget, ability to bring people together to solve problems, and his knowledge of leading organizations are a great asset to Maximum Multimedia Services Ltd. Mr. Sholebo is also on the Board of Directors for Brian Integrated System Ltd, and he is a member of the American Planning Association. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Tennessee State University, and a Masters degree in Regional and City Planning from the University of Oklahoma.
Ibrahim Olatunji Balogun - Managing Director

Mr. Balogun joined the Computer giant NCR Ltd in 1984 and he left in 1989 to further his computer knowledge and merchandising in California, USA. He has over 20 years of broad experience encompassing business development, management, marketing, computer and technological innovation. He was the founder of Balog Technologies Ltd ., and Brian Integrated Systems Ltd. Brian Integrated systems is now one of the leading manufacturers of desktop computers, laptops and servers in Nigeria. Sales have quadrupled in the last two years as the company continues to grow under his leadership. He is also the founding president of the Computer & Allied Products Dealers Association of Nigeria (CAPDAN). He is a member of the Nigeria American Chamber of Commerce, the Nigeria Computer Association, Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria, and a council member of ITAN. He obtained a B.Sc (Technology) at Emporia State University, Kansas in 1980 and an M.Sc. in industrial Management at Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, Kansas, USA in 1982.
Dr. Vasant C. Ramkumar - Vice President of Strategic Planning and Research

Dr. Ramkumar is a highly degreed technical professional/executive with a wealth of experience, knowledge, and skills to draw on. Over 20 years of broad telecommunications and computer domestic and international experience encompassing consulting, marketing, business development, research, strategic planning, product management, engineering and training. Demonstrated expertise in setting up and managing start-ups, joint ventures, customer relationships, strategic alliances and partnerships. A proven leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to create effective organizations, motivate and train staff and implement effective cost savings initiatives. Possesses proven ability and innovation to creatively execute projects for the success of the entire organization. Dr. Ramkumar held senior management positions at AT&T, US-West, MediaOne and CloverworXs before joining Chivas Engineering and Consulting. He also has 20 years of in-classroom and on-line teaching experience at various Universities in the US. including the University of Maryland. Dr Ramkumar holds many patents and publications. He has a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering, and an MS/PhD in Computer Science. He is a member of many Professional Societies.
John Orr - Executive Vice President of Engineering

Mr.Orr brings 30+ years of telecom/data center experience to the company. His strengths include strategic planning and implementation as well as marketing and negotiation. He has excellent communication skills resulting in "bringing people to the table." He held key positions in many large companies. These include, COLO.COM. where he was responsible for the construction of 26 data centers in the US that served several Fortune 500 companies such as Yahoo!, Deutsche Bank, NTT Japan, and WorldCom. Mr. Orr was also the Director of network deployment for Mobile CITS that served companies such as Sony.Com, Sony Music, Diamond Entertainment Media, and the LA Design Center. In a team leader capacity he facilitated the successful upgrade of the FAA communications facility at Mira Mesa, California and contributed to the first successful OC3 application in US with Sprint and the Supercomputer Group.
He is actively engaged in the development of broadband services to various cities and rural areas of Nigeria, and the development of Africa with the Coleman Partnership Group, U.S.A.
Dr. George Rivera, Jr. - Executive Vice President of Power Systems

Dr. Rivera has extensive engineering experience and education in the fiber optics industry. He worked on critical systems design and integration of varied optical elements and subsystems into a cohesive, functioning network for client applications. Dr. Rivera has certification and installation experience with turnkey systems, from pulling the cable to terminating cable ends and fusion splicing in environmental enclosures. He is also experienced in Optical Time Domain. Dr. Rivera has selected and analyzed various transmitters and translators, send and receive antennas, GHz satellite reception modes, transmission cables and physical plant security protocols to determine the best usage of resources and has combined systems and materials to meet all physical, fiscal and governmental requirements utilizing various budgetary and engineering tools.
Dr. Rivera has a Ph.D. in Optical Technology and Infrastructure Management, a Master of Science in Telecommunications Management, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts.
Tayo Adeniyi - Project Manager

Mr. Tayo Adeniyi joined Data Systems Nig. Ltd. where he served as the Systems Engineer in charge of Owena Bank branches all over Nigeria as well as the then Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) before joining ADC Systems Ltd, a subsidiary of ADC Airline, Lagos. As the Manager of the ADC subsidiary he organized the engineering dept of ADC systems and was responsible for the installation and maintenance of ADC Airlines computers. He computerised the ADC airlines ticketing system used at the airports. He managed the team that computerise the Cross River State ministry of finance revenue collection system. He left ADC systems to form WORLDWIDE COMPUTERS LTD in 1993. He was the founder and the first General Secretary of Information Technology Association of Nigeria (ITAN).
Mr. Adeniyi obtained a Higher National Diploma (Electrical) from the Polytechnic, Ibadan, Nigeria in 1983. He attended post-graduate courses in computer engineering and maintenance in Ireland, Germany and England.
